In this paper, analysed the principle of automatic doffing of FTF12E3 ( AD) draw texturing Machine, and summarized the failure component. Further more provided detailed improvement measures so to attain the goal of improving the rate of utilization.

通过对FTF12E3（AD）型加弹机自动落筒原理的分析，总结出落筒失败的成因，并提出一些具体的改进措施，从而达到提高设备使用效率的目的。
